EEOC Sues Eastridge Workforce Solutions and Client for Pregnancy Discrimination ​

The U.S. ​ Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Central District of California against TEG Staffing, Inc., doing business as Eastridge Workforce Solutions, and Feit Electric, Inc., alleging pregnancy discrimination.
