Aerotek Sues Florida Client for Unpaid Fees

On August 24, 2022, staffing giant Aerotek filed suit against a client in Jacksonville Florida, alleging that over a six-month period a Jasonville industrial refrigeration company ran up unpaid invoices for temp services totaling $173,967.75. How Aerotek allowed this to happen is unclear. Ordinarily, if a temp agency isn't getting paid, it has no obligation to keep supplying free labor to the client over many months. Perhaps this one slipped through the cracks?
